Danish Pork Meatballs or Frikadeller


Ingredients:

Place in a food processor

  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 pound pork
  • 2 small eggs
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste
  • for frying:
  • 1/2 stick of butter

Preparation: combine all together in food processor, melt butter in a heavy skillet at a medium heat(not too hot!).
using a tablespoon spoon out meat mixture place in pan, you can flatten a bit with a spatula. Cook ten minutes on each side.
